We would like to inform you that Ivala GmbH (commercial register: FN 632988 s), based in Vienna, Austria, has acquired key business assets – including brand, licensing, and intellectual property rights – previously held by IVALA Ltd (UK).

As a result of this transfer, Ivala GmbH will be taking over the core business activities previously carried out by IVALA Ltd. Going forward, Ivala GmbH will act as your primary point of contact for all related matters — including existing agreements, ongoing projects, and future collaboration.

In accordance with Section 38 (2) Austrian Commercial Code (Unternehmensgesetzbuch – UGB), you have the right to object to the transfer of your contractual relationship to Ivala GmbH within three months of receipt of this notification.
