Equine Hindlimb Stay Apparatus in 3D
We're really happy to be releasing new equine hindlimb stay apparatus 3D content - because this region has a few idiosyncrasies that are much easier to feel in 3D than on a page. 🐎
Finding the equine hindlimb stay apparatus
Open our 3D equine stay apparatus content and click through to the hindlimb stay apparatus scene. Interact in the normal way with all the structures to see what comprises the stay apparatus.
Guided walkthrough with Dr Augusto Coppi
Because it's a tricky area, we've built a walkthrough. With the help of Dr Augusto Coppi, a lecturer in anatomy, it takes you through the key structures so you get a solid grasp of each one.
Animations and the stifle-locking scene
A particular interest with the stay is the animations: they help you see what goes into making the passive stay apparatus of the hind limb work. We've also added an extra scene where you can play with animations for normal stifle locking from every angle when the equine stifle is locked. 🔒
Play with it and send feedback
As always, please play with it and give us feedback - we look forward to hearing what you think.
