Equine Forelimb From the Elbow Down: Veins, Arteries and Nerves
We're releasing another terrific scan: the equine forelimb from approximately the elbow down. 🐴 You can look at the muscles of the region, but the real focus is the veins, arteries and nerves, which have been dissected out and colourised to make them easier to see.
Built for nerve blocks
This is a really useful specimen for working out nerve blocks in the region: which nerves you're blocking at different levels, and why. It pairs nicely with our equine distal forelimb dissection, which takes you further down to the hoof.
Where to find it
In the menu, it's under Equine > Musculature > Forelimb, just follow the little new icons. On VIN, go to Library > Learn Anatomy in 3D, or use anatomy interactive content in the Student Center.
