Canine Forelimb Vasculature in 3D: Arteries and Veins
We've released another piece of new 3D content: the vasculature of the canine forelimb. 🩸 It's a schematic of the major vessels of the limb, so you can see how they run without the clutter of everything else.
Two scenes: arteries and veins
There are two scenes, one for the arteries and one for the veins. Having them separate makes it much easier to follow each vessel down the limb, which is handy whether you're revising for an exam or thinking about where to place a catheter or take a blood sample.
Click for more information
As usual, click on any vessel and you get more information about it.
Test yourself
You can also switch to Test Yourself mode to check whether you can name the vessels yourself.
Coming next
When we released this, we were already working on the hindlimb, and promised to let you know when it was done.
