Canine Thoracic Anatomy MCQs, Also as Flashcards

We've released a new set of multiple choice questions on the canine thorax. ❤️ It complements our forelimb and hindlimb MCQs, and you can also use it as a flashcard set, so it's a great way to review the anatomy of the canine chest.

Essential and good to know

When you enter the course, the anatomy is split into essential and good to know, as deemed by our anatomist. Each of those is then divided into subregions. In the video we open the cardiac subregion, where you're shown a question, often with an image, and pick your answer.

Feedback on every answer

Get one wrong and we'll show you the correct answer alongside the one you picked, so you can see straight away where you went astray. If you'd like a refresher on the heart and great vessels first, have a look at our canine chest in 3D.

Where to find it

On IVALA Learn, go to the Library and look under MCQs and flashcard courses. On VIN, students can use the multiple choice questions link in the Student Center, or you can find both the flashcards and MCQs under Library > Multimedia. You'll also be prompted for feedback during and at the end of the course, and we'd love to hear whether the questions should be harder, easier or something else entirely. You can read more about how our MCQs work in our post on veterinary anatomy MCQs.
