Canine Body Wall Musculature in 3D
Here's a quick preview of our canine body wall musculature 3D content. 💪🏼 How these muscles are laid out and how they relate to one another is a really tricky area to understand when you're learning anatomy, so we wanted to make it easier to see.
Layers you can actually see
The scene helps you get a feel for where the muscles lie in relation to one another and their depth relative to each other. Being able to peel the layers back in 3D makes it much easier to build a mental picture of the body wall than flicking between flat diagrams, and that picture is exactly what you need when you think about abdominal incisions, hernias or body wall injuries.
Information on every muscle
As in our other content, you can interact with every element in the scene and get information about it in the top right corner, including the origins, insertions and innervations of the individual muscles.
All the usual controls
- Hide all or show all the muscles
- Hide individual muscles to reveal the deeper layers
- Search for a muscle by name
